Membership in the AAA entitles members the opportunity to hang their original paintings in the Martin Polin Community Room of the Atascadero Library and/or display their three-dimensional work. A new exhibit is presented every three months, beginning in February. The gallery is open most Saturdays from 11 am to 3 pm. Members serve as host/hostess and are available to answer questions.

A Scholarship Award is given each year to a local graduating high school senior with demonstrated art ability and plans to enroll in further art study.

The public is invited to attend an art demonstration at the monthly meetings of the association on the second monday of each month (7 pm in the library community room). Exceptions are: (1) August - annual picnic/BBQ and (2) December - Holiday dinner. Picnic and Holiday dinner dates to be announced.
